In order to use your MVP Gift Card as payment for an online order, simply contact us at 1 (800) 910-1012. This card is also redeemable at our store locations. If the value of the gift exceeds that of the gift card, the customer is required to pay the remainder. Any balance remaining on the gift card can be used on future purchases. We cannot replace this card if it is lost or stolen. This card has no cash value until used and activated.
