MVP Athletic Supplies specializes in custom embroidered uniforms. We produce our athletic apparel in-house using the following methods:
- Sublimation: Your team logo is dyed directly onto the fabric for long lasting, durable quality. It will not peel off, deteriorate, or tarnish. There is no extra weight added to your uniforms!
- Tackle-Twill: This process involves cutting out your logo design and heat sealing it to your uniform, then stitching it on for added durability. This practice is most common for professional teams, adding extra impact to any team logo.
- Embroidery: No matter how intricate the pattern, your logo is directly stitched onto the fabric. Using automated stitching machines, your designs are done quickly and look great!
- Silk-Screening: Traditional and economic, silk screening involves rolling ink onto your fabric through a mesh screen with the outline of your designs imprinted on it. This feature gives your design smooth edges and a high impact finish.
