What is the best decoration method for my company logo?
The best method depends on the garment, your design, and key factors such as budget, timeframe, and the number of colours in the logo. Embroidery is the professional standard for headwear, polos, and outerwear due to its durability and premium feel. Screen Printing is ideal for large, vibrant designs on t-shirts and hoodies, while DTF (Direct to Film) is the go-to for high-detail, full-color logos that require a soft, flexible finish.
Can I mix different apparel styles (like t-shirts and hoodies) in a single order?
Yes, you can mix and match different styles, colors, and sizes within a single order as long as the logo and the decoration method remain the same across all items. This allows you to outfit your team with a full range of gear—such as hats, polos, and safety vests—while still hitting your quantity targets.
What file formats do you need for my company logo?
To ensure the highest quality finish, we prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or high-resolution .PNG. If you only have a low-resolution image, we can arrange to have your logo professionally recreated or vectorized to ensure it meets professional printing and embroidery standards. Please note that this process may add up to one additional week to the overall production timeline.
What is the estimated turnaround time for custom company apparel orders?
The approximate turnaround time for embroidery & screen printing is 3-4 weeks. DTF is 2-3 weeks. This is once all the clothing has arrived in our store, not from the first day of contacting us.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimum quantities for embroidery is 12 pieces. Screen printing is 12 pieces & the price can drop with more. DTF has no minimum.
